Summary

How contract clauses change across SEC EDGAR material-contract exhibits, 1994 to 2025. The first study follows California jury-trial waivers after Grafton Partners (2005) across 1,067,505 deduplicated exhibits. No clause-level dataset is released yet.

Scope

Source: a public mirror of EDGAR material-contract exhibits, licensed CC-BY-SA-4.0. Derived tables will carry attribution and share-alike.
Measures: whether a clause is kept, whether it is patched with fallbacks, and whether its text is copied from older forms.
Derived tables are available on request.

Method

Every hub follows the same method: hashed inputs, preregistered measures, a second-annotator check where labels matter, and a verifier in a separate agent context before anything is called a result.
