50-state atlas of delegated rules
Status: Queued. No data yet.
Summary
A planned atlas of state statutes that direct an agency to adopt rules or forms, recording whether a matching rule or form can be found. No state has been run and no data is published. Every result will be phrased as a search result, because a rule that cannot be found may still exist as an unpublished form or guidance.
Scope
- Start: California. The run waits on access to public data APIs.
- Each row will carry the statute, the delegating phrase, the agency, the implementing rule cited or "none found", and the search log.
- Not found does not mean does not exist. The atlas reports searches, not legal conclusions.
Method
Every hub follows the same method: hashed inputs, preregistered measures, a second-annotator check where labels matter, and a verifier in a separate agent context before anything is called a result.
